3. SMS Communications

Business owners who sign up for InstantOutreach consent to send automated SMS messages to their clients on their behalf. All client opt-in and consent collection is the responsibility of the business owner using the platform. InstantOutreach processes SMS data solely to provide the service.

SMS message content is processed by AI to generate responses that reflect your communication style. Message content is stored in our database solely to deliver the service and is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Trusted third parties who help us operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure, SMS delivery (Twilio), AI processing (Anthropic), and payment processing — all bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and row-level security on our database. Conversation content is stored only in our secure database and is never written to logs or external systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
